Elvis Presley Enterprises Inc. officials say they will outline expansion plans proposed along U.S. 51 west of Graceland during an informal public meeting on Sept. 22.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. in the Graceland Car Museum. Officials say they will take questions from area residents during the session.
Presley Enterprises has filed an application to develop an entertainment complex that would include a new car museum, two restaurants, a sound stage, stores and an exhibit called
Elvis the Entertainer.
The Land Use Control Board is scheduled to consider the application on Oct. 8.
Elvis Presley Enterprises is also building a 450-room resort hotel next to the Graceland mansion on the east side of U.S. 51.
