time in over a year, an all new Star DVD release titled ‘ELVIS
COMING HOME’ will be available during the month of May. This
Star DVD collection will feature an all new mixture of Elvis songs
and clips from the late sixties. This is Pure Elvis Magic featuring
typical Star video edits and mixes.
This is the first time that an all new Star DVD release will be
factory pressed and available on a professional commercial DVD
disc. These will be available through your favourite local Elvis
dealer and a trailer promo clip for this release can be seen
shortly.
The excellent sharp video mixes include the following songs:

FIKE'S MEMPHIS MAFIA JACKET - If you are after a piece of the Memphis Mafia, then
you should get on over to ebay for your chance to own Lamar Fikes Mafia jacket. Back in '97,
five of the original Memphis Mafia, Billy Smith, Red and Sonny West, Marty Lacker and Lamar
Fike embarked on a project of the highly acclaimed video production, "All The King's Men".
In conjunction with the videos, special clothing was custom made which included golf style
shirts with the Memphis Mafia logo and a very special team jacket that had the big Memphis
Mafia logo on the back, in the Mafia colours of Red and White on the black background of the
jackets colour. The sleeves were made with black leather and a smaller Mafia logo was on
one front side of the jacket with Lamar's name on the other.
Lamar hates to part with it but as many of you know he has been battling Cancer and the
treatments are very expensive. So much so that it greatly depleted all of his vast savings
which he had accumulated after a very successful career in the Nashville Music Industry. So
Lamar is now offering his jacket to the highest bidder to some very lucky Elvis fan.

ABC TV show “Dancing with the Stars", Macy's "Stars of Dance" performance features “Viva
ELVIS by Cirque du Soleil,” with a medley of Elvis Presley’s iconic hits “Blue Suede Shoes”
and “Heartbreak Hotel.” Check your local listings for time in your area.

MARTY ON KLEINS CLAIMS - As you will have seen on the video of Elvis' induction into
the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, George Klein made a rather rousing speech. Dear old GK is
notorious for coming out with some outrageous claims about his involvement in the history of
Elvis Presley. GK has claimed most things including it was he who got Elvis to record at the
American Studio's in Memphis 1969 to even being the person who coined the phrase - Elvis,
the King of Rock N Roll.
Memphis Mafia member and one of Elvis' best men at his wedding Marty Lacker had this to
say in reaction to the video from 1996. "I noticed in that Hall induction video that George had
Jann Wenner, the Publisher of Rolling Stone, refer to him as Elvis' oldest and Best Friend.
We laughed at how sad that is and we're waiting for the battle between Klein,Esposito and
Schilling, all who claim to be Elvis' Best Friend. That should be a doozy.
Then he has Soden, in his introduction of him, saying that Klein was an Advisor to Elvis. We,
who were close to Elvis for many years are wondering what he advised him on and what
makes him think Elvis would need advice from George?
When will the fibs and the false claims stop coming from this guy and the other two.
By the way, did you know I taught Elvis how to pick up girls because as you all know he had a
problem attracting females to him".

SILLERMAN RESIGNS - CKx Inc., which owns Elvis Presley Enterprises among other
entertainment properties, announced this morning that Robert F.X. Sillerman has resigned
as chairman and chief executive officer of the company and from the company’s board.
CKx has proposed an ambitious redevelopment plan for Graceland and the surrounding
area. In a statement, CKx said Sillerman cited his desire to pursue other interests, including
the possible acquisition of CKx, as a reason for the resignation.
He founded the company and has served as its chairman and chief executive officer since its
inception, in 2005. And Sillerman plans to continue as a consultant to the company.
Last month, Sillerman met with local officials, including members of the City Council and
Greater Memphis Chamber, and assured them that Graceland area development plans were
on track.
“They should get out of their chairs and go to Graceland five or six times now and five or six
times again during the year so they can say they remember it before we turned it into the
spectacular that it is going to be,” Sillerman told The Commercial Appeal at the time.

LAMAR JACKET AT NEW OFFER - Re-listed on ebay is Lamar Fikes personally
owned Memphis Mafia jacket. Back in '97, five of the original Memphis Mafia, Billy Smith, Red
and Sonny West, Marty Lacker and Lamar Fike embarked on a project of the highly acclaimed
video production, "All The King's Men".
In conjunction with the videos, special clothing was custom made which included golf style
shirts with the Memphis Mafia logo and a very special team jacket that had the big Memphis
Mafia logo on the back, in the Mafia colours of Red and White on the black background of the
jackets colour. The sleeves were made with black leather and a smaller Mafia logo was on
one front side of the jacket with Lamar's name on the other.
Lamar hates to part with it but as many of you know he has been battling Cancer and the
treatments are very expensive. So much so that it greatly depleted all of his vast savings
which he had accumulated after a very successful career in the Nashville Music Industry. So
Lamar is now offering his jacket to the highest bidder to some very lucky Elvis fan.

SILLERMAN RESIGNS - CKx Inc., which owns Elvis Presley Enterprises among other
entertainment properties, announced this morning that Robert F.X. Sillerman has resigned
as chairman and chief executive officer of the company and from the company’s board.
CKx has proposed an ambitious redevelopment plan for Graceland and the surrounding
area. In a statement, CKx said Sillerman cited his desire to pursue other interests, including
the possible acquisition of CKx, as a reason for the resignation.
He founded the company and has served as its chairman and chief executive officer since its
inception, in 2005. And Sillerman plans to continue as a consultant to the company.
Last month, Sillerman met with local officials, including members of the City Council and
Greater Memphis Chamber, and assured them that Graceland area development plans were
on track.
“They should get out of their chairs and go to Graceland five or six times now and five or six
times again during the year so they can say they remember it before we turned it into the
spectacular that it is going to be,” Sillerman told The Commercial Appeal at the time.
