Before 'Elvis Express Radio' there was simply, 'The Elvis Express' which launched on January 8th 2000. Then in early 2001 after many requests, we
decided to launch 'The Exclusive Elvis Express' fan club/fanzine. And so in July 2001, issue 1 of 'The Exclusive Elvis Express Fanzine' was
launched and with most things, there were teething problems but we pushed onwards and by the time our 3rd issue (Nov/Dec 2001) we had dropped the
word Exclusive and kept the fanzine name the same as the website, 'The Elvis Express'.
And so on we went for a couple of years, organising Elvis disco's and what at the time was the South Coasts BIGGEST Elvis events, raising more than
£20,000 for charity and being the first Elvis Presley Fanzine to bring over Elvis' Rhythm Guitarist John Wilkinson to the U.K and produced a documentary
called 'John Wilkinson: My Life With Elvis' which was released on DVD to raise money for charity..

building the site and radio show. And so with issue 17 (Mar/Apr 2004) things came to an end and we moved on with the 'Elvis Express Radio Show'.
