well yeah I agree. I would vote for him once the appropriate category of "MONEY GRUBBING SELF SERVING
CARNEY MEN" has been established. I will be the first one to cast my vote. What no such category? Aw gee
too bad, so sorry Colonel. I guess you just do not belong in something that recognizes and rewards
OUTSTANDING achievements to Rock & Roll. Maybe someone else can create another hole...er hall just for
you.

Great show Lee and Joe, a brilliant show as always. And once again we get to see the thought patterns of
those who are intellectually challenged by making a pathetic and another personal attack aimed at Lee only,
when Joe was also saying the same thing. And as for the Parker being inducted into the Rock N Roll Hall of
Fame, sorry Leo but that is one of the dumbest things I have EVER heard regarding Elvis Presley and his
career.....That is until D and the offer of hosting a show of just IMPS, interviewing the IMPS and the fans who
hold them in their hearts and also having total control......LOL! Lee you were not the only one lost for words
and wondering if this person was being serious? Serious or not, they sure gave me and I'm sure other
listeners a real giggle. Thanks also Tony for the best bits of EER show...to be honest it got off to a un-
promising start but it soon picked up and was highlighy enjoyable. My only criticism would be the lack of
Lana, the original duo Lee & Paddy and even some of the hysterical moments between Lee & Joe were non
existent.
One of the bits I always rememeber was when Lee pulled a silent protest against Comley and then Comley
was just going, "Lee, you there?, You've gone, No your there? Lee?" LOL loved it, but there are so many
great moments. Thanks again for a good show.

Been listening for the longest of times and still cannot get enough of the brilliant and original Elvis Express
Radio Shows.
Like my fellow veteran listeners, I've witnessed how people have been drawn to the show and have used it to
get a leg up and to get out of it what they can until such a time as they feel things are no longer going their
way and then they will soon latch onto something else and drop Lee and EER without a second thought. We
have seen this a few times from people who are fast enough to be all over EER and then even faster turning
on it.......All these have come and gone and yet EER is still rockin' on winning awards and always putting
ELVIS before their own ego's.

loyalty to each other is inspiring. Lee it was so good of you to postpone such an important show for your

I cannot get enough of EER, the shows are fantastic and I wish we had this show as our mainstream show to
lead the way for Elvis and the fans because pretty soon Lee and Joe would dispell the false media

Hi Lee and Joe, well done on the award, I wasn't really aware of the boxxxks being written on the other web
sites as I don’t indulge in the chat's but having looked at them all I can say is pathetic.
I remember in the late 70's early 80's I used to write regularly for Elvis monthly and if I made an error used to
get jumped on by a few people, luckily I was always given the chance to rectify it but I just cant believe it still
goes on.
I thought we did it for our love of Elvis, not our own gain? What is wrong with these people? Are they perhaps
jealous? I wish I had found your show 10 year's earlier, stay well my friend.

In celebration of Elvis's birthday I was able to catch up on archive shows that I didn't get a chance to hear

Creole vinyl. Two Classic albums!!!

(Regarding News Item On E.E.R - 'KINGS RANSOM LET DOWN' - January 6th 2010)
I read with interest your article on Wed. (6th) regarding Elvis Matters Review of the Kings Ransom exhibit in
Vegas and I think it was totally unfair and a dis-service to the efforts of two super Elvis fans and genuine nice
guys, Russ Howe and Bud Glass.
These two guys have collected good Elvis memorabilia over the years even though they have regular jobs
just like everyone else and had very little money to pay the exorbitant prices for memorabilia that some have
charged. All they wanted to do is provide fans and the public a regular opportunity to see some of Elvis' stuff
but most of all their efforts have really been to help keep Elvis' memory alive.
I would like to recommend that anyone who visits Vegas and has any slight or great interest in Elvis and his
life should go see the Exhibit and I'm kind of surprised at Elvis Matters for downing it.
As for their remark that Sonny is a traitor, they need to grow up and get real! Sonny is not a traitor and he's
someone who put his life on the line for Elvis for many years and his great love for Elvis has not diminished
one iota since then. A traitor for telling the truth in hopes that Elvis would stop doing what he was doing to
himself? There should have been more willing to do it.

TCB band issue…I’m with you guys and that is they should not be part of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as
they were nothing more than the backing band for Elvis Presley. Just watching the BBC documentary ‘Elvis In
Vegas’ and I love how they are pointing out what Lee says, Parker repeated the movie years for the concert
years and did nothing for Elvis creatively and actually stopped Elvis from realising his full potential.
Cannot wait to hear what Lee says about the comment from Loanne Parker at the end of the show lol!

What a great start to 2010 with AWARD WINNING Lee and his TRUSTED true friend Joe!
It was quite obvious that Leo and the ever diminishing group of 'friends' would spew out the hatred yet again.
It is always the same 4-5 people who think they are so respected, yet more and more people are just staying
away from them. As a psychiatrist friend told me... "all this hatred to another person is usually because of the
insecurities in their own lives. For the men it's usually physical attributes that cause this sort of thing, usually
hair loss, weight gain, small genitalia, halitosis or a fear of growing old. For women it's simple...not getting
their own way. Yes 5% of all women over 40 will hurt people so bad, just because they cannot get their own
way. People like this would openly say it's 'disgraceful' in front of family members, yet when placed in front of
their computer they do the opposite. They are too scared to reveal their identity to the world. Mental health
problems are rife in this country and these people obviously NEED help".
This is from a qualified psychiatrist of 20 years!! I think it fits perfectly. So these people need help! God help
their families!! As for the show it was fantastic! EER NEVER fails to delivery the goods. While others fall by
the way side, EER just gets stronger.
I agree about the TCB Band not being inducted into the R&R Hall of Fame, like Lee says they are the
backing musicians not the main artists. It was also great to see Elvis having the MOST UK Top 20 hits in the
past decade. No other act could ever come close to him in the UK charts. This news REALLY hit home just
how loyal the UK fans are and just how popular Elvis still is 32 years after his demise. It just proves that, with
the way the BBC has marked Elvis' 75th both on TV & radio.
On the 8th Jan 2010 Elvis would have been 75 And EER IS 10 years old. This also coincides with the 600th
EER show. So, Lee, Lana and Joe, thank you for all you have done and continue to do for the fans and most
importantly for Elvis!

A truly GREAT show Lee and Joe. I am so glad that Lee won the Elvis Matters award for the work you have
done for Elvis.
Wanna hear something rather sad? A friend of mine is a huge fan of Cliff Richard (I know, but that’s not the
really sad part), we were talking the other day and we got on to EER and how great it is. Well, I showed him
the stuff written on Elvis News which has personal attacks made by other Elvis “fans” and he could not
believe what he was reading. He told me that he and other fans of Cliff would love to have a show like EER
on the web and he asked why Elvis fans were so negative and unappreciative towards someone who does
something that stands up for Elvis and brings enjoyment to other fans?
He really could not understand it and said to me that he and many fans of Cliff look upon Elvis fans as being
spoilt and almost undeserving of having an idol of such talent and respect to follow and that a show like EER
is wasted on them. I told him that most fans either love what EER is about or if it’s not for them they just leave
it alone and respect others who do enjoy it……it’s only a tiny minority who are so Childish and nasty that try
to spoil it for others and show Elvis fans up in a horrible way and are terrible ambassadors for
Elvis……………The good news is that he said EER is one hell of a fantastic show and I sure agree!

I see that the attack from Devil In Disguise on CHRISTMAS DAY was removed (By himself I think), I guess
even someone like that can't piss and moan about raising thousands of pounds for terminally ill children in
the early days of Elvis Express. But then again? I am appalled at how Elvis News has allowed this person to
launch THREE personal attacks. What it looks like to me is a case of a rule for one and a rule for another.
Can I just inform Lee that there has been a couple of fans who have been nice enough to stand up for you
against the out of order and vindictive actions of that Devil In Disguise person on the Elvis News site.

Hi Lee & Lana
I really enjoyed the Christmas Special very much.. so many wonderful songs. I was quite surprised when you
played both versions of I'LL BE HOME ON CHRISTMAS DAY.
I didn't even know Elvis had cut that version with my children's names for 38 years. I heard it on youtube for
the first time and got chills up my spine..wow! just so unbelievable!
I'd sent the original demo to Joe Esposito just like I had written it with the verse about my children included. I
wasn't a bit surprised that it got left out of the original version not being his children and all ..and had no idea
all these years that he'd cut it like I'd written it...it really blows me away still.
I love all the versions he did and the very best part is, that Elvis chose both the Christmas song and I'M
LEAVIN himself because he related to the songs at that time of his life with what he was going through
personally.. I've always been very touched by that and always will be.
It's just so wonderful having EER to plug into when I need my Elvis fix.. I love him soooooo much and you
guys too.. your the best for keeping helping to keep his music alive and sharing his great talent with all of us
that love his music so much.

others that were on TV shows to promote the opening on the 18th, I think the biggest problem they have is
that to me they have failed to capture the essence of the real Elvis. The rehearsal dance they showed was
lame and was more like Broadway than down home funky that Elvis was. That director or production guy
they have that did shows with Michael Jackson and Madonna is the wrong type of guy to be doing an Elvis
show, they were totally different types of entertainers than Elvis was, and no matter how much they hype
them, neither one was really in the same league as Elvis.
I might be wrong but I think most of their input about Elvis came from Priscilla and she knows as much about
the entertainment side of Elvis as I know about knitting a sweater. If it wasn't just her then it might have also
been a couple of her ass kissing MM members?
They really should have hired a funky black choreographer and director. Elvis ain't Broadway! Far from it.
That's why those one or two Broadway shows based on him were bombs and I mean Bomb in a negative way.

Lee and Joe, a great show this week, which it is every week of course! I am beginning to loose faith in the
Elvis World over this award fiasco. How hard is it to announce the winner? Lets hope that by the next show E.

Lee & Lana, the inspirations show was wonderful and it will be sorely missed by myself and I second Ian when
he says we kinda let you guys down. Lee, you have worked so hard to get EER going and to keep it running

I spent some time with Aaron in NY when I went there at various times for business.

I cannot believe that it is almost a year since I first heard EER and since then there have been some changes.
Inspirations was born, you have brought us some amazing TCB shows, We saw Joe join the Friday show full
time as co-host and we witnessed a great friendship be born, we got the brilliant fun packed 500th show
which was followed by unfortunate attacks from people both of you thought you knew and trusted, we then
saw people that you helped get known by Elvis fans turn on you with threats and attacks but you guys never
allowed yourselves to stoop down to that level...
And between these things and so much more, you both have been, and are dealing with you own terrible
pain and disabilities....while bringing us the best shows and actively standing up for Elvis and the fans
against things like that damn bus and all the other fake crap.
Yes, in just 1 year EER has made a massive difference to me and many other fans, you guys are the best
and nobody deserves to win that Elvis Matters award more...I guess we will see though?
No matter what happens EER, will always be the place for honesty and no bull answers - take last week and
the Christmas remixes, you could have sat on the fence to keep the record company sweet but you were
totally honest and as always chose being straight with your listeners over freebies from some company.
EER has brought me hours of great Elvis radio and I cannot say thanks enough boys. Hope you can play my

Great show Lee and Joe, a brilliant show as always. And once again we get to see the thought patterns of
those who are intellectually challenged by making a pathetic and another personal attack aimed at Lee only,
when Joe was also saying the same thing. And as for the Parker being inducted into the Rock N Roll Hall of
Fame, sorry Leo but that is one of the dumbest things I have EVER heard regarding Elvis Presley and his
career.....That is until D and the offer of hosting a show of just IMPS, interviewing the IMPS and the fans who
hold them in their hearts and also having total control......LOL! Lee you were not the only one lost for words
and wondering if this person was being serious? Serious or not, they sure gave me and I'm sure other
listeners a real giggle. Thanks also Tony for the best bits of EER show...to be honest it got off to a un-
promising start but it soon picked up and was highlighy enjoyable. My only criticism would be the lack of
Lana, the original duo Lee & Paddy and even some of the hysterical moments between Lee & Joe were non
existent.
One of the bits I always rememeber was when Lee pulled a silent protest against Comley and then Comley
was just going, "Lee, you there?, You've gone, No your there? Lee?" LOL loved it, but there are so many

Radio Shows.
Like my fellow veteran listeners, I've witnessed how people have been drawn to the show and have used it to
get a leg up and to get out of it what they can until such a time as they feel things are no longer going their
way and then they will soon latch onto something else and drop Lee and EER without a second thought. We
have seen this a few times from people who are fast enough to be all over EER and then even faster turning
on it.......All these have come and gone and yet EER is still rockin' on winning awards and always putting

sites as I don’t indulge in the chat's but having looked at them all I can say is pathetic.
I remember in the late 70's early 80's I used to write regularly for Elvis monthly and if I made an error used to
get jumped on by a few people, luckily I was always given the chance to rectify it but I just cant believe it still
goes on.
I thought we did it for our love of Elvis, not our own gain? What is wrong with these people? Are they perhaps

I read with interest your article on Wed. (6th) regarding Elvis Matters Review of the Kings Ransom exhibit in
Vegas and I think it was totally unfair and a dis-service to the efforts of two super Elvis fans and genuine nice
guys, Russ Howe and Bud Glass.
These two guys have collected good Elvis memorabilia over the years even though they have regular jobs
just like everyone else and had very little money to pay the exorbitant prices for memorabilia that some have
charged. All they wanted to do is provide fans and the public a regular opportunity to see some of Elvis' stuff
but most of all their efforts have really been to help keep Elvis' memory alive.
I would like to recommend that anyone who visits Vegas and has any slight or great interest in Elvis and his
life should go see the Exhibit and I'm kind of surprised at Elvis Matters for downing it.
As for their remark that Sonny is a traitor, they need to grow up and get real! Sonny is not a traitor and he's
someone who put his life on the line for Elvis for many years and his great love for Elvis has not diminished
one iota since then. A traitor for telling the truth in hopes that Elvis would stop doing what he was doing to
himself? There should have been more willing to do it.

TCB band issue…I’m with you guys and that is they should not be part of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as
they were nothing more than the backing band for Elvis Presley. Just watching the BBC documentary ‘Elvis In
Vegas’ and I love how they are pointing out what Lee says, Parker repeated the movie years for the concert
years and did nothing for Elvis creatively and actually stopped Elvis from realising his full potential.

What a great start to 2010 with AWARD WINNING Lee and his TRUSTED true friend Joe!
It was quite obvious that Leo and the ever diminishing group of 'friends' would spew out the hatred yet again.
It is always the same 4-5 people who think they are so respected, yet more and more people are just staying
away from them. As a psychiatrist friend told me... "all this hatred to another person is usually because of the
insecurities in their own lives. For the men it's usually physical attributes that cause this sort of thing, usually
hair loss, weight gain, small genitalia, halitosis or a fear of growing old. For women it's simple...not getting
their own way. Yes 5% of all women over 40 will hurt people so bad, just because they cannot get their own
way. People like this would openly say it's 'disgraceful' in front of family members, yet when placed in front of
their computer they do the opposite. They are too scared to reveal their identity to the world. Mental health
problems are rife in this country and these people obviously NEED help".
This is from a qualified psychiatrist of 20 years!! I think it fits perfectly. So these people need help! God help
their families!! As for the show it was fantastic! EER NEVER fails to delivery the goods. While others fall by
the way side, EER just gets stronger.
I agree about the TCB Band not being inducted into the R&R Hall of Fame, like Lee says they are the
backing musicians not the main artists. It was also great to see Elvis having the MOST UK Top 20 hits in the
past decade. No other act could ever come close to him in the UK charts. This news REALLY hit home just
how loyal the UK fans are and just how popular Elvis still is 32 years after his demise. It just proves that, with

A truly GREAT show Lee and Joe. I am so glad that Lee won the Elvis Matters award for the work you have
done for Elvis.
Wanna hear something rather sad? A friend of mine is a huge fan of Cliff Richard (I know, but that’s not the
really sad part), we were talking the other day and we got on to EER and how great it is. Well, I showed him
the stuff written on Elvis News which has personal attacks made by other Elvis “fans” and he could not
believe what he was reading. He told me that he and other fans of Cliff would love to have a show like EER
on the web and he asked why Elvis fans were so negative and unappreciative towards someone who does
something that stands up for Elvis and brings enjoyment to other fans?
He really could not understand it and said to me that he and many fans of Cliff look upon Elvis fans as being
spoilt and almost undeserving of having an idol of such talent and respect to follow and that a show like EER
is wasted on them. I told him that most fans either love what EER is about or if it’s not for them they just leave
it alone and respect others who do enjoy it……it’s only a tiny minority who are so Childish and nasty that try
to spoil it for others and show Elvis fans up in a horrible way and are terrible ambassadors for
Elvis……………The good news is that he said EER is one hell of a fantastic show and I sure agree!

I really enjoyed the Christmas Special very much.. so many wonderful songs. I was quite surprised when you
played both versions of I'LL BE HOME ON CHRISTMAS DAY.
I didn't even know Elvis had cut that version with my children's names for 38 years. I heard it on youtube for
the first time and got chills up my spine..wow! just so unbelievable!
I'd sent the original demo to Joe Esposito just like I had written it with the verse about my children included. I
wasn't a bit surprised that it got left out of the original version not being his children and all ..and had no idea
all these years that he'd cut it like I'd written it...it really blows me away still.
I love all the versions he did and the very best part is, that Elvis chose both the Christmas song and I'M
LEAVIN himself because he related to the songs at that time of his life with what he was going through
personally.. I've always been very touched by that and always will be.
It's just so wonderful having EER to plug into when I need my Elvis fix.. I love him soooooo much and you
guys too.. your the best for keeping helping to keep his music alive and sharing his great talent with all of us
that love his music so much.

Cannot get enough of this amazing show. Merry Christmas to you Lee, Lana and Joe and thank you for the

I was very interested in the trivia that the scene in 'Elvis: That's The Way It Is' were they are loading a truck
with boxes of records were not actually Elvis albums and so I checked this out and apparently the albums

I saw news about Joe Krein doing some book with a guy about Elvis’s death a was a little shocked that 1.
Nothing was mentioned on the show this week and 2. There is no news on EER?
With the recent last to know issue with the Rockwell Records and now this book news it starts to look a little
weird to me?

Hi Joe....Yes I do recall hearing it mentioned some time back, but I was just surprised that the news did not
come through here first, that’s all. It was just an observation as a long time supporter of this show, ever since
Lee first started EER back when Jim was a co-host.....I am sure if it was up to you Joe, you would have
released the news through here....I was just speaking as a long time supporter as we have all seen many
come along and use Lee and his EER shows to promote their goods and make all their money and then walk
away while counting their profits. Like I said, if it was up to you Joe.

he has E.E.R at the forefront of his mind and it's best interest at heart. I am 100% certain, with not a single

In reading your story about the Cirque show problems as usual I have to add my two cents.
I realize I haven't seen the show in it's entirety but in seeing the video clip they released and a couple of
others that were on TV shows to promote the opening on the 18th, I think the biggest problem they have is
that to me they have failed to capture the essence of the real Elvis. The rehearsal dance they showed was
lame and was more like Broadway than down home funky that Elvis was. That director or production guy
they have that did shows with Michael Jackson and Madonna is the wrong type of guy to be doing an Elvis
show, they were totally different types of entertainers than Elvis was, and no matter how much they hype
them, neither one was really in the same league as Elvis.
I might be wrong but I think most of their input about Elvis came from Priscilla and she knows as much about
the entertainment side of Elvis as I know about knitting a sweater. If it wasn't just her then it might have also
been a couple of her ass kissing MM members?
They really should have hired a funky black choreographer and director. Elvis ain't Broadway! Far from it.
That's why those one or two Broadway shows based on him were bombs and I mean Bomb in a negative way.

Elvis World over this award fiasco. How hard is it to announce the winner? Lets hope that by the next show E.

Lee & Lana, the inspirations show was wonderful and it will be sorely missed by myself and I second Ian when
he says we kinda let you guys down. Lee, you have worked so hard to get EER going and to keep it running
and all we have to do is make requests and make the odd donation and most of us (including myself) can’t
manage that. All I can say is sorry and thank you for carrying on regardless.

IMP as its main logo and the site is covered in IMPS.

With sadness I read the story about Aaron Schroeder passing away. He was a talented man who also was
very well versed in the music publishing business in New York. I had the pleasure of representing Aaron's
publishing company through my Memphis company Mempro,Inc. that I opened after leaving American
Studios. We represented a number of music publishing companies as well as record companies and artists.
I spent some time with Aaron in NY when I went there at various times for business.
The music world lost another great old school Music Man!

I cannot believe that it is almost a year since I first heard EER and since then there have been some changes.
Inspirations was born, you have brought us some amazing TCB shows, We saw Joe join the Friday show full
time as co-host and we witnessed a great friendship be born, we got the brilliant fun packed 500th show
which was followed by unfortunate attacks from people both of you thought you knew and trusted, we then
saw people that you helped get known by Elvis fans turn on you with threats and attacks but you guys never
allowed yourselves to stoop down to that level...
And between these things and so much more, you both have been, and are dealing with you own terrible
pain and disabilities....while bringing us the best shows and actively standing up for Elvis and the fans
against things like that damn bus and all the other fake crap.
Yes, in just 1 year EER has made a massive difference to me and many other fans, you guys are the best
and nobody deserves to win that Elvis Matters award more...I guess we will see though?
No matter what happens EER, will always be the place for honesty and no bull answers - take last week and
the Christmas remixes, you could have sat on the fence to keep the record company sweet but you were
totally honest and as always chose being straight with your listeners over freebies from some company.
EER has brought me hours of great Elvis radio and I cannot say thanks enough boys. Hope you can play my

I'm with Thomas, this whole Elvis Matters award is getting stupid now. We were told the winner would be
announced in August, then we are told October and then we are told December in that issue? Does anyone
have any information on this? I know I signed a petition voting for Lee and EER and I know many other fans
who voted individually and this whole award has been dragged out and you must ask why? I see that EM are
now involved with an online Elvis radio show and Ed Bonja is in bed with them and so I cannot help but think
the announcement has been delayed again and again because something fishy could be going on? If the
Elvis Matters award stands for what they say it stands for then EER just has to win!
