Thanks for another excellent show this week. The Christmas Remixes album sounded pretty bad for the most
part and that Silent Night where it sounded like it was skipping was just horrible, and then the drum version
sounded even worse? Thanks as always though Lee for bringing us these great premiers in hearing these
new Elvis recordings for us to hear.

D'you know what? This weeks show really does prove how unbiased and straight up this station and the
hosts really are! EER gets to premier the new Spankox album and like other Elvis groups, sites and / or
organisations, they could have sucked up to the record company and been all supportive to ensure that they
will get more of these exclusive's or freebies etc.
But as always, Lee and Joe don't try to pull the wool over the fans eyes and gave really honest, no B.S
opinions about the tracks played. I sincerely hope that the record company will respect that and know that
when these guys give something a thumbs up, many listeners will know that it must be good.
For example, Spankox's last album 'RE:MIXES', I had no interest in this until I heard it promoted on EER and
after hearing what was played and what was said I bough that album and loved it. So THANK YOU Lee and
Joe and the whole of EER for being one of the last places that gives honest opinions and does not sit on the
fence. Thank you also guys for continuing to stand up for the fans in trying to get the word out there about
this bus and museum .

Great show once again on the Mother of all Elvis radio shows.
One of the great things about Elvis Express Radio is that the shows are so different and yet all are amazing
in their own ways and the Request show really is a nitty gritty type of show that pulls no punches when the
situation calls for it and this whole bus issue definitely calls for it. All I have seen elsewhere about this bus
and museum is promotion and even calls for fans to send money. Nobody except Elvis Express Radio is
apparently bothered that a part of Elvis history is being totally fabricated and set in stone the more media get
the story and all the misleading information surrounding it. Thank you Lee & Joe for doing what you are in
your fight for Elvis and his fans.

Things seem to get worse by the week with this crappy bus. Now the guy who owns it is saying he owns the
Elvis' personal/worn red tour jacket which is of course total bull and as real as the jumpsuit and the bus and
all it's TCB stickers everywhere, even on the crapper which is I agree in extremely poor taste and just one
more thing Elvis fans should be up in arms about and not supporting. Shame on the Tupelo club, the IMP site
and anyone else who is a fan of Elvis but are supporting this con job.
Hey nice to see other sites taking the news from EER as the stories are the same word for word. So silly how
there seems to be a snub attitude towards EER regarding crediting etc. That’s the Elvis world for you....Never
stop doing what you do guys because you are standing up for Elvis and your fellow fans.

Hi Lee,
Thankyou for a great TCB show yet again, there is no limit to the brilliance of the shows.
Lee, I've just recently listened to an extra brilliant show on a bootleg album called ' adios Huntsville'. It's one
of the best shows i've heard from the later seventies years, it's as good if not better than the 76/77 New
Years eve show, as it is a soundboard recording.
It's from the show on '1st June 1975 8.30pm show at the Von Braun Civic Center in Huntsville Alabama'. 1st 2
songs on the album are from 6th october 1974 8.30pm Dayton Ohio show. Elvis seems to be having loads of
fun, it reminds me of Elvis in 1970/71 period it is that good.
If at all possible could you get hold of this show and play it on the TCB show? because I think the listeners will
get a kick out of hearing it.
Thank you very much
E.E.R ADDS:
Hi Philip,
Thanks for your suggestion. As coincidence would have it, the June 1st 1975 8:30pm show from Huntsville,
Alabama is scheduled for the TCB show on Wednesday 2nd December, so not long to wait for what I agree is
a very good show indeed.

You are so right, as fans we cannot allow that damn bus to drop from the headlines because you are doing
an amazing job in highlighting the unbelieveable claims being made about this bus and things on it and now
things in the museum. I almost spay my tea across the room when you said this Bill Kinard is also claiming to
own Elvis' own red tour jacket that he had worn on tour.....Does this man think all Elvis fans were born
yesterday? Guys, don't you ever stop doing what you do and carry on exposing the false claims and try to
stop this man from taking money from fans by misleading them with phoney Elvis items.

I love the fact you will not sit by and allow someone use Elvis and swindle Elvis fans by misleading them in the
way he is and while all other Elvis groups seem to be happy to allow these false claims continue and some
even sending the guy money, you two at EER are standing up and shining the spotlight on this extremely
dodgy business with fake claims of a bus, fake jumpsuit, fake gold disc, fake concert posters, fake Elvis worn
TCB Tour jacket and God knows what else? I'm with Lee and I am totally disgusted at this phoney bus having
the TCB logo put on the toilet.....come off it now, are we to believe that Elvis would have TCB on his porta-
loo. Give me a break, this is a simply attempt to rip off fans with bogus stories while taking the piss with TCB's
on toilets....Sick and a disgrace! KINARD, face the fans and let Lee and Joe interview you.

As you were talking about Elvis' bedroom. I for one would have mixed feelings if it did ever open to the public
which I think will never happen at least for many years to come. I would love to see the bedroom of course
but definitely not the bathroom where Elvis died. I would feel it was best if the upstairs wasn't open at all as it
was Elvis' private area and wonder with the amount of volume of people going up the stairs it would need
more upkeep.

Hi Guys, Well done on last weeks show. Despite major problems, you pulled out all the stops to bring us
another fantastic show, so THANK YOU.
The guy you mentioned selling the autograph that belonged to his Mother / Auntie has been saying this for
months on Ebay as I have emailed him before, about 6 months ago, and that time he said Elvis hand was
swollen from breaking boards during his Vegas stint in 74 and he could hardly write. It was always some
excuse for the very different signatures he was selling. He is a regular on Ebay.
He probably thought authentication from you guys would help him con more fans but he was met with the
same conclusion that all the people asking him questions on Ebay are saying...THAT THEY ARE FAKE!!! so
well done guys!

Hello Lee & Joe, I have only been into Elvis since 2008. I first got interested after seeing the movie TTWII
and have been hooked since then.
I first heard EER in September and have LOVED every show since then. You guys are great to listen to and
as a relatively new fan its been a great way to find out what and who to avoid and also a real eye opener to
see just how nasty people who call themselves fans can be to other fans like yourselves.
The TCB bus is real example of how valued you are to fans like me. I would have believed the stuff being
told, but your brilliant article pointing out the TRUTH behind this bus is amazing and should be read by
EVERY Elvis fan. Good on you Lee and Joe for standing up against things like that bus.
Now, what I really wanted to say was I saw a film called Elvis Meets Nixon. What can I say? Was this film
supposed to show Elvis as an idiot because I was appalled at what I saw. This film really was an insult to Elvis
in my opinion and I'd be surprised if there are any fans who think this film is good for Elvis!

And whats all this bull shit with the toilet and the little glossy pictures in the museum along with the bogus

just how devious and just how many LIES have been told abut that bus and also the terrible LIES about what
is on the bus. I love the claims Kinard owns the Aloha stage outfit.
Regarding that person who likes to post venomous messages on public forums, Joe really did sum up how
pathetic it is and I love how Lee & Joe deal with this kind of thing and the fact that they have a strong
friendship where neither of them betray each other or even expect anything from each other. I remember how
people tried to ruin the 500th edition of EER but in the end that action appears to have made Lee & Joe the
strongest of friends. These people have tried so hard to cause problems for this great show, whether it be
spreading rumours about having to pay for requests or demands that EER cannot play any Elvis songs which
have been mixed by a particular person, ironic that these attempts have not only made Lee & Joe strong
friends but has also made EER an even better show.

Loving the vinyl sound on the TCB show, however, the 'Loving You' LP was actually a 10" LP when first
released in the UK in 1957 with just 8 tracks. These were the movie songs plus 'True Love'. This was re-
released in 1964 again on 10" vinyl. It was'nt released on 12" vinyl till the 70's. The songs featured were the
US release of the album. One of the few times they got more Elvis than us 'Brits'!
The Friday show was great with the Ghost stories and hopefully the tales of 'that' bus saga is coming to an
end!

This week was great as always guys. I read that bus article and found it very interesting to see how much
crap has been dished out about this thing. How on Earth has this thing been around so long and promoted
by Elvis websites without anyone asking questions. This bloody bus has been promoted as Elvis’ bus and all
but unchallenged for 9 hours and finally thanks to EER we can see that the claims of this bus is total B.S. But
then again how shocked can I really be as an Elvis fans when there are those fans crawling around the Elvis
world from under their rocks posting venomous crap on message boards, spreading s##t like that whole deal
about Joe being told who he can & cannot talk to under threat of being kicked off the show. Yes Joe, I
remember the crap that was being hurled at EER and like so many others found it pathetic but you guys
showed class by not dropping to that level and once again you guys show you are above that type of s##t.
The toy tractor made me laugh also, how stupid do EPE think we are? $70 for a run of the mill green tractor
that we don’t really know if Elvis ever actually drove the thing, this is one thing I will most definitely will never
be buying even when they are being sold off for $35.95 in the sales. Don’t worry Lee, I had a little chuckle at

Another top show guys.
Love the expose on the bus and all the fake stories that they have been spinning for the past few years.
What I am angry about is how other Elvis sites have been actively promoting this con on wheels. How can
anyone who knows anything about Elvis go along with this rubbish? Come on now, Elvis used it for the last 20
months of his life? I believe John Wilkinson, Marty Lacker, Lamar Fike and Ed Hill before the words of some
guy who claims he was Elvis’ driver and some business man. Well done EER for blowing this false story wide
open, I know you will be the only place to keep a real eye on this bus and the claims around it.
I agree about the USA Billboard charts for Elvis, I find it astounding that only 4 Elvis albums have made the
US charts between 1977 and now and I just cannot understand how the remix,
‘A Little Less Conversation’ which topped the charts in so many countries and in those in didn’t it was a top 5
hit, however, in Elvis’ home country it did not even make the top 40. I really do not understand it? Sorry to
hear that yet again you guys are the targets for some kind of attack from another troll but it’s great to hear

Regarding the issue of someone posting in public and making insinuations that Joe won’t be their friend
because they don’t have a radio show or Lee will kick him off the show if Joe talks to them is unreal and out
of order. From what Joe said it’s the same person who has caused trouble before and Joe you are so right...
you ignored their nastiness before and you will ignore their nastiness again. Oh and I loved the emotions
from you guys lmao.
The toy tractor is unreal, there is nothing they won’t stick Elvis’ name on is there. I thought the Marty Lacker
photos were going to be all new photos not seen before but from what I can see, many of them have been
released many times before. As Barb Dobie said, one of the photo’s is the same as the one she got Elvis to
sign in the 60’s.

Stamps Tour Bus: Good on ya. You can't get anything past the FBEI!!!!
"Lets Do The Time Warp Again": I know the Rocky Horror Picture show very well and so do lots of other
Americans! And we've all done it.

First of all I don't need an etiquette lesson from Paul Terry King and the only reason I'm wasting time
answering him is because I don't want Marvin Gambill's (GG as he was known to Elvis and us MM), niece to
feel bad about her uncle. The statement I made about GG was shared by Elvis and the guys and it was not
meant as a slur. GG was an OK guy who was hired because he was married to Patsy and she asked Elvis to
hire him.
I also don't need to have King tell me about Patsy, someone I knew since she was a teenager working at
Atlantic Mills here in Memphis. Patsy and I have always been friends and she turned to me for help when she
had a few problems which I helped her with. She's a good person.
King needs to stick to making up stories about him and Elvis, stories that never happened. And someday I'll
tell you what Chips Moman and the American Studio thought of him and his very, very brief moment at
American Studios where they considered him a terrible songwriter which is why he was associated with them
there for the blink an eye. Chips said he relented and signed him only because he really wanted his
songwriting partner who he also got rid of quickly.
Sometimes when people like King run off at the mouth when they shouldn't, it comes back to bite them in the
ass. As in this case with his useless message to me.

First off, great show as always and I know that Lee likes to allow people to have their say but I know how hard
it must be to know when free speech is being abused by someone trying to cause trouble.
I gotta say what the hell is Paul Terry King on about now? Look fella, give it a break will ya. I listened to the
interview and made up my own mind after listening and looking around your site, which uses pictures of other
performers in front of huge crowds made small so you can't see that those performers are not you, and to try
to get people to think those pictures are you!
As for those songs....c'mon now, Elvis was not a song writer and so when he did dabble, he would boast and
people would know it. Take 'You'll Be Gone', he only had a passing involvement in that song and yet was so
proud he really made a big deal about it and yet with your songs that you say Elvis co wrote he says nothing
about them, to anyone, ever! Elvis-A-Rama were fools and paid a load of cash for something that was
nothing to do with Elvis, they fell for it so well done to you on that. You say Sillerman bought the song from
Elvis-A-Rama but as Lee rightly points out, the song was part of the ENTIRE COLLECTION when Sillerman
purchased the company. You had a good run but let it drop now..............OR, put up and let Lee interview
you for the show. Either way, I and so many others are fed up of reading your comments that always take
swipes at someone, usually Lee, Joe or Marty.

Have to say that the Friday Request show just keeps going from strength to strength, even though Lee and
Joe are not always feeling so good, they manage to keep us entertained and informed...thank you both and
hope you are both feeling better.
Also loved the Inspiration show with Lana and Lee (LOL) - it was cool to hear that Fun In Acapulco was
someone's choice this month - and proves that any of Elvis's music can be an inspiration to someone - not
just his gospel recordings.
Look forward to another great week on EER - you guys ROCK!

Hey Lee and Joe, terrific show this week and one that you guys should be proud of as you have aired an
important piece of news and helped set straight all the rumours doing the rounds about the whole Gary
Pepper situation. It’s disgusting how people can be so cruel even though they no nothing about any of the
real story, just their own twisted thoughts.
What is that Ashton guy on? I know EER is all about views and opinions but stupidity is too far isn’t it? Well
done Lee and Joe for putting this guy where he belongs with his so called FACTS! I love it how you have
shown Elvis did not even buy the bloody bus, he only paid the down payment and the Stamps paid the rest,
yet still Kinard and his followers try to call it Elvis Presley & J.D. Sumners TCB Tour Bus.

Thanks Lee and Lana (A question was asked why Lee was always before Lana or Joe? – I would guess it’s a
courtesy or a respect type thing. After all, if it was not for Lee there would be no Elvis Express Radio. Lee
has shaped it to what it has become and more crudely, it is he who foots the bill. Nobody else steps up to the
plate when it comes to paying the bills when not enough donations come in. It is this that I think most people
put Lee before anyone else when it comes to writing in to the shows and rightly so!).
Lee and Lana, thank you for doing this lovely show and thank you more so Lee for ensuring we still get these
shows despite you struggling through pain and discomfort......Oh yes, Lee and EER sure as hell deserve to
win that Elvis Matters award.

Thank you...You guys are so good to us. You have your own lives to lead and yet you ensure we get our
shows. Friday Lee produces & hosts with Joe on the Request show, Saturday Lee produces & hosts with
Lana on the Inspiration show in advance so we still get our show while they enjoy their Halloween night drive
and then Monday Lee will again produce the Love Show with Lana to launch our week of shows and then on
Wednesday it’s Lee again as he produces and hosts the TCB show. Then it’s back to Friday and the next 3
hour Elvis-fest. Elvis Express Radio is the living end baby!

(Regarding ???)
First off Kieran you should listen to Marty the certifried accountant about how fame and a $1.25 will get you
on the trolley. Sarcastic fame they add an extra quarter! LOL I am very surprised you listened to my first
ever Joe Krime interview on EER last year for as I remember hearing Lee advising everyone beforehand not
to waste their time as they most likely would not get thru it all. It was just the ranting and raving of a possibly
drug-deranged mind. So being an avid, loyal EER listener and great big fan of Lee and Joes show I shut
down my computer immediately when the interview began so I missed it all! LOL Joe tell Marty the nexttyme
we have an on air chat I am bringing my nephew who lives behind me here in Arkinsaw and is married to
Marvin Gambills niece and that his recent remarks here about her uncle being a bit of a simpleton were not
appreciated and deserves an apology! Marvin was a confident and driver for Elvis and Patsy his wife was the
Graceland secretary. He died in Nashville,Tennessee the very day IF ID ONLY BOUGHT HER ROSES was
sold to the Elvis Arama museum in Las Vegas from injurys received by a carwhile walking down the sidewalk
to work and is buried here in Arkinsas. Paul Terry King USA

Great show fella’s! You guys really do bring a smile to me face the way you do this whole show.
The interview was certainly eye opening and sure as hell gave a different perspective to what I have read on
the web recently. From what was said and the FACTS that were brought up, I would say the Nurse sure did
something underhanded. And yes I agree with you Lee, what type of person spends all that time with a
person and then suddenly walks away from them like that? And the less said about how the woman threw
Gary and his Mum into some mental institution, the better! Evil is pretty much all I can say about that.
I loved the FACT man........Ashton, guy, c’mon now, what planet are you on? You either know Mr Kinard or
you are a very very gullible Elvis fan who believe’ just about any claim made by anyone when it comes to
Elvis. Guys, do you still have that contact details for that Knowing Elvis duffus?
I also love the ‘Sweet Sweet Spirit’ performance, but yes, I would happily drop that for ‘I Just Can’t Help
Believin’, however, it does sound like old Stiggy does not personally like the song and so that’s final I guess!
After all, what do the fans matter............Right?
Keep rocking on guys EER is the Elvisly best.

Really great show Lee and Joe, thank you!
I can’t agree with you guys about the amazing ‘Sweet, Sweet Spirit’, I think this song is an important part of
the show line up and should not be removed.
Really enjoyed the interview with Gary Peppers cousin and it was very interesting to hear what she had to
say about what really happened. I was appalled to hear the seller claimed that they were donating a portion
of the money to charity and yet that charity had heard nothing about it.
Excellent show you two as always.

award to you and EER.

Dear Lee,
That Vinyl sound TCB show was absolutely brilliant, it's so long since i've heard those sounds as they were
originally released. Even though now they sound so tinnie and with a lot of echo, it brings back some happy
memories of first hearing Elvis' voice.
Can't wait for next weeks tcb show.
Take care
