the 500th show was absolutely BRILLIANT It was awesome!! A great choice of songs, some great old jingles,
funny sound bites. It just proves that EER is the greatest Elvis show!! I am sorry to hear after a milestone for
EER you guys were getting abuse from another site You have never changed in all the time you've
presented EER and have always put Elvis first and the fans second. So, draw a line under it and move on. I
hope things get better and that the abuse stops.

Yes it's a great shame a very small amount of people chose to try and ruin the 500th show celebrations but
good has come from it! Lee and Joe are better off out of these forums especially after what we witnessed

Well, what can I say about the 500th show. It was absolutely BRILLIANT! A great choice of songs, some great
old jingles, funny sound bites (the Rindercellar being the funniest), skype calls, and a great group of TRUE
friends in the studio to witness it all. FANTASTIC!
It just proves that, once and for all, that EER is the greatest Elvis show on the Planet!
However, what was supposed to be a fun and happy weekend at EER HQ turned sour for Lee, Joe and
several listeners thanks to another round of abuse thrown from another site. But then again it's just a re-run
of the trouble with another group from a few years ago. You have never changed in all the time you've
presented EER and have always put Elvis first and the fans second. So, draw a line under it and move on,
and know that the listeners of EER are all behind you 100%......................Here's to the next 500!

Just heard the 5 hour show over Monday and Tuesday, it was absolutely brilliant, especially the Rindercella
section, it was hillarious.
To hear Paddies voice again, some great blasts from the past.
Now Lee, I very rarely disagree with you, but I have to take issue with you regarding Elvis singing 'Bridge over
troubled water' song, you said "it was not one of his best", but I thought it was excellent and hillarious. A
Great song for the 500th show, anyway that's my moan out of the way.
I'm going to listen to the Gospel hour tomorrow -Wednesday- looking forward to it, is there any end to this
great entertainment.
I really count all of the EER team and the listeners as close friends (even though we havn't met, but hope to
some day).

This really was a great fun show. It was absolutely brilliant to hear everyone there in the studio with Lee and
to have Paddy back behind a mic.
Lee joined up with Joe to bring us yet more enjoyment and add the great music of Elvis in there and it was
one hell of a show.
This was a wonderfully happy show which brought so much happiness to the listeners, even those (well most)
most who did not have their names mentioned or songs played.
It was sad to see a very small group of people elsewhere cast a shadow over the good feelings of a
wonderful weekend for Elvis fans everywhere. It was so great to see EER supporters such as Carol and
Brenda, Dave in Selby and EER’s very own Joe Joe, stand up for Lee and then even better was finding out
that Joe was going nowhere and staying side by side with Lee on the best radio show around. I want to say in
support of Joe, you were right in saying what you did regarding things being said that were aimed at you and
Lee and how it had been going on for a long time. You and Lee were so right to get out, so now you two get
on with doing what you do best and enjoy doing the most and bring joy to fans of EER.

Eh I can't believe the show has reached the big 500. Doesn't time fly when you are having fun!!
Seriously I can remember the first time I had contact with yourself, lol here I go boiling my potatoes twice....it
had nothing to do with EER or Jim but was just an enquiry about something Elvis related and your answer
was try EBay. Hmmm lol that suggestion cost me a fortune over time till I got me sensible head on and said
enough is enough. What happens eh when you first get a pc and a whole new world opens up for you.
Since then I have to say its been pretty amazing. Its a wonderful show as is the host and of course hostess.
The endless hours you give and the way you work tirelessly to deliver the goods to us lot out here. Lots of
times to selfish and nasty folk but I'd like to think at the end of the day they were out numbered by those who
really do appreciate it all.
You have had many vicious attacks both personally and at the show but have soldiered on were many would
have given up. Perhaps that is what some people wanted, but you carried on and underneath it all was more
than wise in knowing that it would have given those people great satisfaction for you to have pulled the plug
on the show but you didn't. So I thank you for that.
Through this show I have made many wonderful friends and EER has to be thanked for that too. My greatest
memory of EER has to be when I first met you and Lana and I shook like a leaf. Took 8 hrs to get there
couldn't sleep a wink the night before and very nearly didn't go outside when I saw you sitting there with
Lana. Now you are both very special people in my life and lots of others lives too.
It was great to be part of the 500th show. Witnessing it all happen. Great to listen to all of the files you played
of jingles, dreadful phone messages (blush) from the previous shows. Hearing Paul Huston again, Michael,
Mike Simonetti. Great stuff. Having Tony K, Tooni the cartoonist, Dave (even though we didn't get there on
time to speak to them.) come on too with their best wishes on Skype and Joe chatting with you for the
majority of the show. Paddy making his 'special' appearance, he makes British Rail look on time lol,Terry The
Ted and Adam. It was fantastic. Not to mention the messages of suport from Marty Laker, John Wilkinson,
Joe Pirzada, Andylon etc.
I feel I have to vouch here for all of the listeners who didn't get their requests played. Lee really did have a
mound of requests and many came in when it was too late.
The sheets were there in front of us at his desk and he was sorry he couldn't play everyone's.
Any way good luck to those who took part in the Holy Guacamole and thanks to Andylon for making it
possible.
So here's to the next 500 shows Lee.

Your demos and covers series was Excellent!!
Overall Elvis's versions were better but there were a few where the demos or original recordings weren't bad.
I noticed in "Raised on Rock" in the original line is "....I was in the bathroom listening to the Stones" Elvis
sang "....I was in the bathroom Rockin on" but he didn't change the line "...listening to the music my idols
played..." and it mentions Hound Dog.

The 500th show was a great 5 Elvis hour party atmosphere and it was so cool to hear and see people from
all around the world enjoying themselves, having a great time and sending messages of support. Of course,
not everyone could manage this and someone on another site had to try an put a downer on the
celebrations. But I am so happy to hear that Joe has not allowed people to stop him from doing what he loves
and what we love him doing.
Inspirations was wonderful and the love show was the perfect tonic to end the wild and crazy weekend.

It was fun to hear from some of the 'old timers' too.
Seems like only a short time ago when you were starting to do these wonderful Elvis Shows. I am not
surprised that you reached #500 and I know it will be #1,000 in just a blink of an eye. Okay maybe BOTH
eyes but we will all be here, downloading and listening to the best Elvis Show there is.
I am guilty of not getting my request in so I was pleasantly surprised to hear "The Tone Deafs" as a blast
from the past. Still makes me laugh after all this time. Do you know that I have that saved to my iTunes now
as well? GREAT job guys!

I loved the friendly feel to this amazing 5 hour show. It was a fun packed show, the people in the background
were a little hard to hear at times but I can only imagine trying to fit so many people into a room with maybe a
couple of microphones to go round was a little hard to get great sound. It did nothing to detract from the
party atmosphere that was apparent there. Well done Lee and Joe for standing up to be counted with regard
to that jumpsuit on the FBEI page. I'm with you guys that this suit is so cheap looking I cannot ever see Elvis
agreeing to ever wear this in concert. Joe, the IMP event sounded just awful and I would have loved to have
seen both Lee and Joe together having fun with the IMPS. The ladies attacking the man who crashed into
them was soooooooooo funny to hear, especially when one was hitting him with a Bible. Well done Lee,
Lana, Joe, Paddy, Terry, Adam, Mandy, Briget for a wonderful fun packed show and Lee my man, don’t let
the b#####ds get you down, we will support you.

I'm so disappointed that I couldn't make it down to EER HQ first of all, and also that I'm not well enough to
make a live link up as planned.
I want to say A BIG WELL DONE to you and Lana on reaching show 500!!!! I would like to take a quick trip
down memory with you.
As you know I found EER after surfing the web looking at all things Elvis, and started listening. I think it was
show 10 in 2005, I sent my first request in on show 19.
Since then it has been a wonderful journey of some highs and lows for both you and myself.
Through EER I have made some wonderful friends (especially you and Lana) we also have had some great
get together with the EERBS!!!
Its great looking back on the shows, and hearing some of the jingles too and thanks to Tony King, I was able
to have one of mine sung by him. (King of the airwave's to the tune of Tiger man) One favourite of mine is
the Bobbette's "Mr Lee, Mr Lee". We have shared some good laughs with you and in the earlier shows
paddy. There was the "Mr Denson live interview", the old ladies radio clip sent in by our Friend Dave Walker
and the letter from the land of the mythical monkey with Dick from Ecuador to name a few.
Long may the shows continue and here's to the next 500.
Just remember Lee for all the knocks that the low life's in this world try to bring you down and TRY and
damage the shows good name, there are double, No QUADRUPLE of us faithful listeners here to stick up for
you!!!!

Just heard the 5 hour show over Monday and Tuesday, it was absolutely brilliant, especially the Rindercella
section, it was hillarious.
To hear Paddies voice again, some great blasts from the past.
Now Lee, I very rarely disagree with you, but I have to take issue with you regarding Elvis singing 'Bridge over
troubled water' song, you said "it was not one of his best", but I thought it was excellent and hillarious. A
Great song for the 500th show, anyway that's my moan out of the way.
I'm going to listen to the Gospel hour tomorrow -Wednesday- looking forward to it, is there any end to this
great entertainment.
I really count all of the EER team and the listeners as close friends (even though we havn't met, but hope to

This really was a great fun show. It was absolutely brilliant to hear everyone there in the studio with Lee and
to have Paddy back behind a mic.
Lee joined up with Joe to bring us yet more enjoyment and add the great music of Elvis in there and it was
one hell of a show.
This was a wonderfully happy show which brought so much happiness to the listeners, even those (well most)
most who did not have their names mentioned or songs played.
It was sad to see a very small group of people elsewhere cast a shadow over the good feelings of a
wonderful weekend for Elvis fans everywhere. It was so great to see EER supporters such as Carol and
Brenda, Dave in Selby and EER’s very own Joe Joe, stand up for Lee and then even better was finding out
that Joe was going nowhere and staying side by side with Lee on the best radio show around. I want to say in
support of Joe, you were right in saying what you did regarding things being said that were aimed at you and
Lee and how it had been going on for a long time. You and Lee were so right to get out, so now you two get
on with doing what you do best and enjoy doing the most and bring joy to fans of EER.

Eh I can't believe the show has reached the big 500. Doesn't time fly when you are having fun!!
Seriously I can remember the first time I had contact with yourself, lol here I go boiling my potatoes twice....it
had nothing to do with EER or Jim but was just an enquiry about something Elvis related and your answer
was try EBay. Hmmm lol that suggestion cost me a fortune over time till I got me sensible head on and said
enough is enough. What happens eh when you first get a pc and a whole new world opens up for you.
Since then I have to say its been pretty amazing. Its a wonderful show as is the host and of course hostess.
The endless hours you give and the way you work tirelessly to deliver the goods to us lot out here. Lots of
times to selfish and nasty folk but I'd like to think at the end of the day they were out numbered by those who
really do appreciate it all.
You have had many vicious attacks both personally and at the show but have soldiered on were many would
have given up. Perhaps that is what some people wanted, but you carried on and underneath it all was more
than wise in knowing that it would have given those people great satisfaction for you to have pulled the plug
on the show but you didn't. So I thank you for that.
Through this show I have made many wonderful friends and EER has to be thanked for that too. My greatest
memory of EER has to be when I first met you and Lana and I shook like a leaf. Took 8 hrs to get there
couldn't sleep a wink the night before and very nearly didn't go outside when I saw you sitting there with
Lana. Now you are both very special people in my life and lots of others lives too.
It was great to be part of the 500th show. Witnessing it all happen. Great to listen to all of the files you played
of jingles, dreadful phone messages (blush) from the previous shows. Hearing Paul Huston again, Michael,
Mike Simonetti. Great stuff. Having Tony K, Tooni the cartoonist, Dave (even though we didn't get there on
time to speak to them.) come on too with their best wishes on Skype and Joe chatting with you for the
majority of the show. Paddy making his 'special' appearance, he makes British Rail look on time lol,Terry The
Ted and Adam. It was fantastic. Not to mention the messages of suport from Marty Laker, John Wilkinson,
Joe Pirzada, Andylon etc.
I feel I have to vouch here for all of the listeners who didn't get their requests played. Lee really did have a
mound of requests and many came in when it was too late.
The sheets were there in front of us at his desk and he was sorry he couldn't play everyone's.
Any way good luck to those who took part in the Holy Guacamole and thanks to Andylon for making it
possible.
So here's to the next 500 shows Lee.

Overall Elvis's versions were better but there were a few where the demos or original recordings weren't bad.
I noticed in "Raised on Rock" in the original line is "....I was in the bathroom listening to the Stones" Elvis
sang "....I was in the bathroom Rockin on" but he didn't change the line "...listening to the music my idols
played..." and it mentions Hound Dog.

I loved the friendly feel to this amazing 5 hour show. It was a fun packed show, the people in the background
were a little hard to hear at times but I can only imagine trying to fit so many people into a room with maybe a
couple of microphones to go round was a little hard to get great sound. It did nothing to detract from the
party atmosphere that was apparent there. Well done Lee and Joe for standing up to be counted with regard
to that jumpsuit on the FBEI page. I'm with you guys that this suit is so cheap looking I cannot ever see Elvis
agreeing to ever wear this in concert. Joe, the IMP event sounded just awful and I would have loved to have
seen both Lee and Joe together having fun with the IMPS. The ladies attacking the man who crashed into
them was soooooooooo funny to hear, especially when one was hitting him with a Bible. Well done Lee,
Lana, Joe, Paddy, Terry, Adam, Mandy, Briget for a wonderful fun packed show and Lee my man, don’t let

JUST KIDDING!! Just thought I'd give you a sample of the kind of prank Elvis would pull. He loved to say and
do things that shocked people but then he'd quickly make it right. I also know that he would be very happy
and appreciative in the great work you and the gang do in keeping his memory alive with your great shows
and your E.E.R website.

I'm so disappointed that I couldn't make it down to EER HQ first of all, and also that I'm not well enough to
make a live link up as planned.
I want to say A BIG WELL DONE to you and Lana on reaching show 500!!!! I would like to take a quick trip
down memory with you.
As you know I found EER after surfing the web looking at all things Elvis, and started listening. I think it was
show 10 in 2005, I sent my first request in on show 19.
Since then it has been a wonderful journey of some highs and lows for both you and myself.
Through EER I have made some wonderful friends (especially you and Lana) we also have had some great
get together with the EERBS!!!
Its great looking back on the shows, and hearing some of the jingles too and thanks to Tony King, I was able
to have one of mine sung by him. (King of the airwave's to the tune of Tiger man) One favourite of mine is
the Bobbette's "Mr Lee, Mr Lee". We have shared some good laughs with you and in the earlier shows
paddy. There was the "Mr Denson live interview", the old ladies radio clip sent in by our Friend Dave Walker
and the letter from the land of the mythical monkey with Dick from Ecuador to name a few.
Long may the shows continue and here's to the next 500.
Just remember Lee for all the knocks that the low life's in this world try to bring you down and TRY and
damage the shows good name, there are double, No QUADRUPLE of us faithful listeners here to stick up for
you!!!!

dedication to Elvis and Elvis fans. I have been with EER for most of those 500 (and thanks to the archives, I
have heard them all), and I can tell you that it just keeps getting better and better. Thanks to EER, not only
am I a better educated (and entertained) Elvis fan, but I feel much more connected to the Elvis World and

It doesn’t seem that long ago since the 100th show - you've had a lot of obstacles to overcome to get this far

friends.
And WE know that there have been times when you have been ready to pack the show in because of all the
